The Maintenance Technician job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. The start date is October 1, 2025, with May 31, 2026, as the end date.
Duties include: Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems in buildings and structures. Installs and repair water, gas, and other piping fixtures, such as bathtubs and toilets, and appliances, such as dishwashers and water heaters. Perform routine maintenance on the building's interior and exterior electrical. Maintain HVAC systems on appliances including vacuuming & cleaning. Test and inspect pool chemicals, controls; vacuum and clean pools. Pressure washing, carpentry, and painting. Other duties may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. Other Special Skills and Requirements: Must have in-depth knowledge of plumbing and be able to install, maintain, and repair standard plumbing fixtures, water lines, tankless water heaters, mini sump pumps, and other standard plumbing duties. Required knowledge of electrical and heating systems as well as associated repairs in residential and commercial structures Must be able to manage their time, be thorough, make decisions, and be customer/client-focused individuals. Proven experience as an electrician and plumber with a valid license to practice the profession.
