About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate
Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults supporting sensory processing, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and functional participation.You will work within Mayfield Health’s integrated allied health model, contributing to collaborative care through a strengths-based, family-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy assessments, intervention, and reviews for children, adolescents and adults
- Develop and implement individualised, goal-focused therapy plans
- Support sensory and emotional regulation, motor skills, self-care, play, and functional participation
- Deliver services across clinic, home, school, and community settings
- Complete functional capacity assessments, reports, and clinical documentation
- Engage families, carers, and educators through education, collaboration, and goal setting
- Work collaboratively with psychologists, speech pathologists, art therapists, and allied health colleagues
Professional Practice- Deliver services in line with AHPRA standards and Occupational Therapy Australia guidelines
- Participate in supervision, reflective practice, and professional development
- Contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and service planning
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality and governance standards
Position Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Eligibility to work in Australia (visa dependent)
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence
