Job Description:
Begin date: 1/20/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 4 Job Duties: This application encompasses beekeeping, pollination and honey for fruit trees, carrots, and canola. This is Skill Level II job and requires a minimum of 3 months of commercial beekeeping experience. The employer may pay a higher wage rate based on tenured performance. Worker may be stung by bees (must not be allergic to bees or insect stings). All other duties assigned under this order will be those duties of Seasonal Bee Keeping, Itinerant Bee Keeping under the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment Statistics Standard Occupational Classification Code 45-2093. The lifting requirement for this position is 70 pounds. Beekeeping duties: split, medicate and check bee health, harvest honey, pollenate, re-queen, feed hives, keep bee yards clean and free of debris. Worker will move beehives into proper placement for pollination, in addition to extracting and processing honey. This provision does not prohibit employers or their agents from receiving reimbursement for costs that are the responsibility and primarily for the benefit of the worker, such as government-required passport, or visa fees. Worker will be reimbursed should the worker receive a visa and arrive at the place of work. Number of Hours Per Week: 50 Work Schedule (Start/End time): 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
