skilled, motivated, and reliable tradespeople to join our talented team on the Gold Coast.This is a
hands-on role combining traditional cabinet making and timber joinery with specialised
marine deck building and synthetic flooring installation. While training is provided for marine-specific techniques, experience with timber work and tools is essential.*Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on your experience and strengths, your role may include:
- Manufacturing and installing teak decks and synthetic flooring (Permateek, PVC)
- Performing plastic welding and detailed marine fit-outs
- Joinery and assembly of custom tabletops, doors, and cabinetry
- Sanding, trimming, and routing of timber components
- Cabinet making for interior marine applications
- Working with CNC-cut parts, edging, and veneering
- Assembling white box and sub-assembly joinery kits
What We’re Looking ForWe welcome applicants with trade qualifications or hands-on experience, including:
- Cabinet makers with 2+ years of full-time experience
- Boat builders with 2+ years of full-time experience
- Carpenters or fit-out specialists with 2+ years of experience
- Timber joiners or furniture makers with 2+ years of experience
Plus:
- Confident in using power tools (routers, trimmers, drop saws, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to read plans
- Strong time management and a reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take pride in high-quality work
