About the RoleEZ Capital Group is seeking a proactive and results-driven
Channel and Funding Associate to support our growth across both the MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) and platform business lines. In this role, you will build and manage ISO partner relationships, support channel expansion, and oversee day-to-day deal execution to ensure efficiency and business success.If you are passionate about relationship building, sales enablement, and transaction management in a fast-paced financial environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do Channel Development (MCA Business Line)- Identify, engage, and onboard high-quality ISO partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, providing ongoing support, product updates, and training.
- Monitor channel performance metrics and support incentive and engagement initiatives.
Transaction & Deal Management (Platform Business Line)- Review and process financing applications to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Manage deals through the full cycle, coordinating with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams until funding is completed.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support continued business growth.
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Business, Marketing, or related major preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in channel management, sales, or financing; experience in MCA or SMB lending is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Solid execution capability and comfort working with data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (required).
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

2. 业务处理(平台线)
- 负责接收、初审并推动 平台业务线的融资申请,确保信息完整与合规。
- 跟进平台交易全流程,与客户、中介及内部团队高效协作,直至资金发放。
- 维护 平台业务线的客户关系,支持业务持续拓展。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,金融、商务、市场营销或相关专业优先。
- 具备 1-3 年渠道管理、销售或融资业务相关经验,熟悉 MCA 或中小企业融资行业者优先。
- 出色的沟通与人际关系管理能力,能够有效维护内外部伙伴关系。
- 具备较强的数据敏感度与执行能力,能够高效推动交易流程。
- 中英文流利(必备),能够熟练使用中英文进行书面与口头沟通。
- 具备团队合作精神,能够适应快节奏工作环境。
