NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION
UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S
TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM An application concerning the employment of one or more H-2B workers for the following full-
time, temporary positions will be filed with the Department of Labor. This Notice of Filing will be
posted for 15 consecutive business days, as directed by the U.S. Department of Labor.
Position Title: Youth Mogul Coach

Rate of Pay: $50,650/year + DOE (The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as
determined by the US Dept of Labor.)
Hours per Week: 40 (No OT)
Start Date: 11/10/2025
End Date: 05/14/2026
Work hours: 40 hrs/wk. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work
performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Work is performed
through the hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm each day.
Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid every two weeks by check. All
deductions from the workers’ paycheck required by law will be made.
No min education required. Six months experience required as a 6 months experience as a competitive
mogul skier or competitive mogul skiing coach. Licensure/certification required: U.S. Ski and Snowboard
Level 100 certification (Level Two preferred), On-the-job training is provided.
Job Description: Design and lead a training program for youth moguls ages 6-14, emphasizing
fundamentals and fun and progression. Provide on snow instruction, dryland training and video analysis
sessions. Ensure a safe, inclusive and encouraging training environment. Support athletes in setting and
achieving technical, tactical and personal goals. Grow enrollment in the program through school visits
and through the creation and distribution of marketing materials. Maintain training logs, attendance
records and evaluations. Organize registration, travel logistics, competition schedules and team
communication. Communicate proactively with parents regarding athlete progress, program structure and
events.
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be
provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, by check separate from payroll, if the worker completes half
the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment
period or is dismissed early by the employer. In other words, if the worker completes 50% of the work
contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place
of recruitment to the place of work by check separate from payroll. Upon completion of the work contract
period, or where the employee is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker
reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or the place the worker originally
departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another
employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical
and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of
$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total
employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing,
border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport
fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to
perform the job.
