Permanent Residency Pathway Available, this opportunity is open to all New Zealand registered Pharmacist with 2 years of solid Pharmacy Practice. You no longer need to write our Canadian Pharmacist Licensing Examinations (PEBC). Pharmacist in Canada are well respected members of healthcare team. Pharmacist are able to diagnose, prescribe, order for labs, optimize drug therapy etc. Canada is a trailblazer for Pharmacy Practice and enjoys the widest scope of Practice.Work and Live in Canada starting at NZD$66/hour up to NZD$80/hour (est conversion as of May 11, 2025 6:00 PM MST), relocation assistance and licensing transfer provided. - Have practised sufficient direct patient care in the last two years to maintain their competence to practise; and,
- Hold an active-unencumbered pharmacist license/registration in good standing in a designated jurisdiction: ○ Australia○ Great Britain○ New Zealand○ Republic of Ireland○ United States of America.
- Locations: Tofield, Grande Prairie and Wembley, Alberta Canada
- Relocation and Registration Assistance of up to NZD$ 1,800
Canada Registration Requirements:
- Must first obtain registration with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists
- Subsequently transfer license to Alberta College of Pharmacy
Exceptional Compensation Package:
- Competitive hourly rate: $CAD 55-60/hour
- Performance bonus: $CAD3,000-$15,000 end of contract ** 1 to 3 years
- Clinical Practice Bonus: 30% first year, 40% subsequent years (refer to Alberta Blue Cross Pharmacist Clinical Compensation) Provides potential to earn an additional dollar on top of existing wage up to $CAD 6,000

Required Qualifications:
- B.Sci. Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
- Current Injection Certification or ability to acquire upon registration with ACP
- Valid BLS Certification
- Proficiency in Kroll Pharmacy software (training provided)
- English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Prescribing Authority (APA) or willing to obtain within one year
- Licensee Education Program (LEP) certification
