Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver domestic support (cleaning, laundry, meals, medication reminders)
• Assist with community access (appointments, outings, errands)
• Support individuals with mental health challenges
• Provide personal care for clients with physical or complex needs
• Safely operate equipment (e.g., hoists, electric wheelchairs)
• Monitor and document client outcomes
• Build meaningful, trust-based relationships

We’re Looking For People With:

• Minimum 6 months experience in disability or youth support (NDIS preferred)
• Strong documentation and note-taking skills
• A heart for empowerment, respect, and real care
• Proven proficiency in:
• Hoist use
• Food handling
• Manual handling
• Medication support
• Electric wheelchair operation

• Certificate III in Disability, Mental Health, or similar
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
