Job Title: Java Developer (AWS Production support) Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid) Job type: W2 Contract with Mastech Digital (No C2C/No CTH/No 1099)

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Experience Required: a. Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition is required. b. Expert proficiency in RESTful Services is recommended. c. Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is suggested d. Good knowledge and experience in Spring Boot is suggested. e. Should have expert problem solving skills and meet the below criteria: • Analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. • Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet business needs. • Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a collaborative environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Implement best practices in application development to ensure high quality and maintainability. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
