Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the

following counties: Fayette, Woodford, Franklin, Scott, Jessamine, Bourbon, Garrard, Anderson, Madison, Clark, Harrison, Washington

Job Title: Crew Member

Dates of need for employment: Temporary, full time position from 03/18/2025 through 11/01/2025

Daily schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays may be required, schedule varies

Wage offer: Workers will be paid Weekly at $19.23-$22.40/hr, $28.85-$33.60/hr OT, Raise at employer's discretion

Job duties: Mow, string trimming, edging, perennial cutbacks, mulch application, leaf/grass

blower, hedge trimming, tree pruning on ground using loppers, hand pruners, folding saw, and manual pole saw, planting trees/flowers, operating small to medium sized equipment. Clean up.

Additional Requirements: Drug testing during employment for cause;Post-Accident Drug

Testing;Random drug testing during employment, Able to lift 50lbs, , No experience required, will train.

Payroll deductions if applicable: Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's

request. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits.

Housing assistance if applicable: Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements

Obligations/Assurances: A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
