Structural Draftsperson – Steel & Concrete SystemsLocation: Bayswater, WAWe are a growing WA-based manufacturer supplying engineered permanent formwork systems to the commercial construction industry.As project demand increases, we are expanding our drafting and project support capability and are looking for additional structural drafting staff to join our team.This is an opportunity to become part of a specialist business with long-term growth potential.What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing detailed shop drawings and layouts
• Supporting project coordination and design development
• Working with reinforced concrete and steel systems
• Assisting with project documentation and production information
• Learning and developing expertise in our proprietary systems

What we’re looking for:

• Structural drafting or detailing experience
• Experience with construction, steel, or reinforced concrete systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

This role is NOT for someone who:

• Avoids responsibility or deadlines
• Struggles working within a team environment
• Wants a highly repetitive or isolated drafting role
