We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated couple as Motel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional guest service. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Coonabarabran with free accommodation.Key Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, including guest check-in/out, bookings, and inquiries
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure high presentation standards
• Develop staff rosters, conduct training, and manage team performance
• Address guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Oversee in-room dining services (breakfast and dinner delivery)
• Monitor occupancy and booking trends, implement performance strategies
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
• Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in motel/hotel or accommodation management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A hands-on, guest-focused approach with attention to detail
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Understanding of regional accommodation needs is highly desirable
