Registered Nurse – Residential Aged Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a supportive aged care team in a permanent full-time position, a 30 minute costal drive from Port Macquarie
This role operates on a Thursday to Monday morning shift roster and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.
About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting residents' health and wellbeing, and working collaboratively with the broader care team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred clinical care to residents
- Complete assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with best practice
- Monitor residents' health and respond to changing clinical needs
- Support and guide care staff to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in residential aged care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
