Nurse Practitioner Hematology Oncology

Permanent (Full Time) Pay Rate: $90,000 - $120,000/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Summary:

• 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient).
• 3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital).
• Full-time negotiable schedule.
• On call 10 days per month.
• Outpatient Practice Setting.
• 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients.
• 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology.
• 2 Physicians in Practice.

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified NP/PA Required.
• OH license Required.
• Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal Required.
• Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes Required.
• At least 1 year of Oncology/Hematology NP clinical employment experience in Oncology/Hematology -specific clinic/hospital setting - NOT including RN, training, or general practice/IM/FM experience Required.
• Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? Required.
