About the job
Why we need you
Envive is growing fast, and so is the scope of what we need to deliver for our customers. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives as a generalist, can plug into any product area, and drives execution end-to-end. This is not a “manage a backlog” role - this is a sleeves-rolled-up, work-in-the-trenches position where you’ll turn priorities into action and ship impact at pace.
About US
using AI to reimagine commerce. We envision a future where retailers and brands can easily deploy hyper-personalized shopping experiences — so customers convert faster, with zero friction. Our core engine combines cutting-edge research and real-time reinforcement learning to deliver a self-improving AI sales team on any product page.
We’re already seeing commercial success with top brands, and are scaling fast. Come build the future of shopping with us
What you’ll do
- Translate & execute: Understand product priorities, distill them into clear goals, and orchestrate the path to delivery.
- Program management: Coordinate across teams, remove blockers, and keep timelines tight without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Customer-focused decision making: Make smart trade-offs at the feature level to maximize customer value while hitting delivery commitments.
- Dive into the details: Jump into technical discussions with engineering to ensure feasibility, clarity, and fast problem-solving.
- Run special projects: Run high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch, often in ambiguous or undefined spaces.
Who you are
- Experienced: 5+ years in product management, ideally with e-commerce or high-consideration purchase experience.
- End-to-end owner: Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to launch.
- Bias for action: You ship, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Ambiguity navigator: You can take loose ideas and turn them into concrete, executable deliverables.
- Technical conversationalist: Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and architecture with engineering teams.
Why This Role?
- High ownership, high-impact scope
