Office, Accounts, and Team Support professional to join us at our
Rosedale, Auckland office. This is a full-time, office-based role that sits at the heart of our business operations, providing essential support across all teams. You will play a key role in office management, accounts administration, and people support, helping ensure our teams operate efficiently and collaboratively. What You’ll Be DoingOffice & Operations Support (Core Function)
- Managing day-to-day office operations, including phones, emails, scheduling, supplies, and filing systems
- Acting as a central support point for all departments: design, construction, marketing, interior design, and production
- Coordinating internal communication and supporting team workflows
Accounts & Financial Support
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-ups
- Assisting with financial reporting and basic data analysis
- Liaising with external accountants, suppliers, and vendors as required
HR & People Support
- Supporting basic HR administration, including onboarding documentation, staff records, and leave tracking
- Assisting with recruitment coordination and internal policy administration
- Providing general people and compliance support to management
General Administration
- Supporting managers and project teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Ensuring processes, records, and systems are accurate and well maintained
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience in office administration, accounts support, or a similar role
- Strong financial and numerical literacy (a formal accounting qualification is not essential)
- Experience supporting multiple teams or departments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
