Requirements

• Active RN license in Canada
• BLS (AHA preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience for specialty units
• New grads considered for select units and locations
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

About the RoleYou will work as a Registered Nurse in a U.S. acute-care hospital, providing:

• Direct patient assessments
• Medication/treatment administration
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Documentation using EPIC or similar EHR systems
• High-quality, evidence-based care

Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:

• General units: 3–4 patients per nurse
• High acuity: 1–3 patients per nurse
