Sign-On Bonus Payout Structure (Up to $5,000):
  • 25% paid at 90 days of employment
  • 25% paid at 6 months of employment
  • 50% paid at 12 months of employment
  • Bonus is paid over the course of the first year
  • Must maintain full-time employment status to remain eligible

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Assessing and evaluating patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Providing therapeutic interventions designed to improve daily living skills, fine motor skills, and overall functional independence
  • Teaching patients adaptive techniques and utilizing therapeutic equipment
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Educating patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and resources to enhance recovery
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and billing records
  • Complying with all professional and legal standards to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
