Overview
Our client is seeking a
Technical Architect Specialist (TAS3) to support enterprise-level projects for the Client. This senior-level resource will provide architecture direction, design oversight, and technical expertise to ensure the success of large-scale initiatives. The engagement will involve evaluating existing systems, designing integrated solutions, and ensuring technical compliance with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design efforts for major Client technology initiatives.
- Develop technical roadmaps and solution designs that align with business and program requirements.
- Define system integration patterns, data flows, and interoperability standards across applications.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations on infrastructure, security, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of critical issues.
- Document architecture strategies, system diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical staff and project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience as a Technical Architect or equivalent senior IT leadership role.
- Strong background in enterprise application architecture and infrastructure design.
- Demonstrated experience with system integration, middleware, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
- Expertise in performance optimization, scalability, and secure solution delivery.
- Strong communication skills for working with executives, business users, and technical staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with government or large public-sector IT environments.
- Familiarity with Client projects, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prior work in hybrid cloud/on-premise architecture.
