Key Benefits:
- Competitive salary between £50,000 - £72,000 per year

Role Overview:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care and tailored treatment plans for patients.
- Provide clear communication to clients with updates on their pets' health.
- Lead by example, mentoring and developing your team to ensure operational excellence.
- Support and share best practices across the Medivet community, enhancing the clinic’s performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Experience in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients
- Strong team player with leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive a progressive clinical culture
- Mentoring skills with an understanding of the clinic’s operational efficiency
