Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Computer Technician to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is an on-site position where you will be responsible for providing technical support, performing computer maintenance, troubleshooting issues, executing repairs, and managing operating systems directly at our client locations.

Qualifications
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Sales background is an advantage
- Proficient in computer maintenance and repair
- Experience in managing and administering operating systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are highly desirable
What you are expected to have:
- A strong background in providing solutions to technology-based problems at homes and offices over various platforms such as (PC, Mac, iOS, Android).
- OWN VEHICLE and basic equipment needed for troubleshooting such as Laptops, Tablets, Smartphone.
- Good communication skills, fluency in English, and a professional and friendly attitude
- Australian Business Number (ABN) for Part-timer
