Nurse Practitioner Neonatology

Permanent (Full Time) Pay Rate: $117,000 - $168,000/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Summary:

• Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers (NNPs/PAs).
• Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60.
• Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including ELBW infants.
• Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams.
• Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery.
• Integrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem (PICU, CVICU, pediatric ER).
• Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes.

• Board Certified in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – NNP-BC Required.
• NV license Required.
• Clean Malpractice/License History Highly Preferred.
• Does the provider require visa support – J1 or H1B? Required.
