Job Description:
- Maintain effective operation of the firms overall accounting function.
- Prepare and submit Financial Statements to Companies House and HMRC
- Perform financial analysis on clients’ financial statements.
- Negotiate on fees terms and payment instruction Perform general accounting and administrative tasks of the firm.
- Ensure statutory filings of PAYE, VAT and Tax return are done within deadline.
- Report to the partner regarding current clients' needs and active plan to deal with it.
- Organizing and prioritizing own workloads within agreed timelines and service level agreements whilst complying with policy and procedures.
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations.
