Office All-rounder/Accounts ClerkDuties: Reception and administrative skills, friendly phone manner, and must be competent on
computer. Willing to be trained on Refrigeration and Electrical (industry software).
Recording, preparing, sorting, classifying and filing information
Sorting, opening and sending mail
Preparing reports of a routine nature
recording issue of equipment to staff
Receiving letters and telephone messages
Accurate and timely processing of supplier accounts payable invoices.
Matching supplier invoices with purchase orders and ensuring timely payments to our
suppliers.
Monitor and apply customer payments to customer invoices.
Provide Reception support and carry out banking and mailing duties.
Assist with bank reconciliations and the reconciliation of manufacturer accounts.
Assist the Accounts Manager in the preparation of EOFY, general ledger entries, and reconciliations
Prepare and provide regular and ad hoc analysis reports as required.Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week.Job Location: Alice Springs, Northern Territory, 0870Minimum requirements: You must have at least diploma in business or finance.

Must Hold current driver’s license and be able to drive manual vehicles
You possess demonstrated accounts administration experience.
You are proficient with accounting and finance software
You possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive and
confidential information.
You have excellent time management skills, with the ability and drive to meet deadlines.
