A booming preferred provider practice in the regional town of Casino, NSW is having an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic dentist to replace a full time dentist. Suitable for both experienced dentists looking to work in a busy practice and graduate dentists looking to join a tailored mentorship program with full support. This busy and long-established clinic is seeing a boom in new patient numbers. The clinic has a great history and our 3-room clinic is equipped with full digital software, rotary endodontics, intraoral cameras, intraoral Scanners, digital radiographs and the list goes on.The practice has a network to assist our dentists in developing advanced skills such as orthodontics and implant surgery, and also organises regular social and professional development events.The preferred candidate should have at least 2 years of Australian private practice experience or as a recent graduate with an exceptional attitude and motivation.The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to provide quality dentistry. Expected to perform the full range of dentistry including preventative dentistry, simple and complex restorative dentistry including fixed pros, root canal treatments and extractions. Experiences in dental implants are well regarded.Key Skills:Communications: ability to form coherent treatment plans and explain dental treatment clearly and concisely;Strong work ethic and flexibility;Providing the highest level of care in dentistry and integrating with the local community;Commitment to ongoing continuing education and ability to engage with fellow clinicians in a team environment;Clinicians will be supported by the owner and be surrounded by experienced clinicians who are keen advocates of continuing education.
