We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Physiotherapist to join our team in Napier and the wider Hawkes Bay region. About the role Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day. Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW & BTW)

• Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis
• Knowledge of vocational services pathways

What you’ll do

• Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities —no two days are the same
• Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes

What you’ll bring

• A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care
• High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Proven ability to deliver client-centered rehabilitation in community
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders
• At least 2 years’ experience working within pain management, concussion or community rehabilitation - ideal, but not required.
