UKG WFC Consultant Role Overview The consultant will lead and support
end-to-end UKG Workforce Central (WFC) 8.0 implementations in a multi-national environment. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, integration, and testing. The role involves configuring Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, managing
WIM integrations, Kronos
clock setup via WDM, and performing
SDM activities.
The candidate must collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders effectively, and communicate clearly with senior leadership.
Location: Beachwood, OH 44122 (Onsite – Relocation Accepted)
Duration: 12+ Months

Primary Must-Have Skills- Strong expertise in UKG Workforce Central (WFC)
- Hands-on experience with Kronos WFC 8.0 modules: Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance
- Experience with WIM, WDM, SDM, and Kronos Clocks configuration
- Experience leading 2+ full-cycle WFC implementations
- Expertise in functional design, configuration, integration & testing
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent stakeholder communication
Secondary Skills- Experience working with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
- Understanding of global/multi-national workforce processes
- Strong documentation and executive-level communication skills
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos WFC
- Experience with WFC 8.0 features (e.g., Navigators)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
