We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Student Conduct, Complaints and Appeals team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing a varied caseload of complex and sensitive student matters, ensuring all cases are progressed efficiently, fairly and in full accordance with University policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. As a trusted adviser to students, senior academic leaders and Professional Services colleagues, you will provide authoritative guidance, support high‑level decision‑making and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our processes and service delivery. The post holder will also provide line management to designated team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing and supportive working culture. What we offer:
