About The Role

In this role, you will design intuitive, scalable digital experiences that bridge business needs and worker usability. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and operational teams to create impactful solutions that directly improve how businesses and workers connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype concepts to align stakeholders and iterate on ideas.
- Design and refine user experiences for both mobile and web applications.
- Co-develop and maintain a scalable design system with engineering partners.
- Conduct user research to understand business and worker needs, validating concepts and usability.
- Translate complex workflows into simple, effective design solutions.
- Share work regularly with the team, incorporating feedback to improve outcomes.
About You
- 4–7 years of experience designing products that solve real-world problems, preferably in a startup environment.
- Skilled at creating detail-oriented, technically feasible, and intuitive interfaces.
- Strong understanding of design systems and scalable component creation.
- Creative, resourceful problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and users.
