We’re seeking a confident and professional Sales Consultant to join our team on a full time bases.You will handle inbound/outbound calls and warm leads only (no cold calling), explain our services, answer client questions, and secure bookings. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and follow up warm leads
• Explain inspection services clearly and build client trust
• Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into bookings
• Keep accurate notes and client records

Requirements

• Native English speaker with excellent phone communication
• Minimum 1 year experience in phone sales or customer service
• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
• Able to work from office
