Sales Consultant – Inbound/Outbound Phone Sales Location: Brookvale/Manly, NSW (In-Office Only)

The RoleWe’re seeking a confident and professional Sales Consultant to join our team on a
full time bases.You will handle
inbound/outbound calls and warm leads only (no cold calling), explain our services, answer client questions, and secure bookings.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and follow up warm leads
- Explain inspection services clearly and build client trust
- Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into bookings
- Keep accurate notes and client records
Requirements- Native English speaker with excellent phone communication
- Minimum 1 year experience in phone sales or customer service
- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Able to work from office
