Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with the team, suppliers, and other departments to ensure open communication.
• Lead and manage a passionate front-of-house team, providing ongoing development, feedback, and motivation.
• Maintain high-quality service standards, ensuring memorable dining experiences through expert food, beverage, and service knowledge.
• Take ownership of restaurant operations, instilling a commitment to sustainability and excellence in hospitality.
• Manage budgets, rostering, timesheet approvals, and labour costs, balancing high-volume periods efficiently.
• Oversee reservations, build relationships with regular guests
• Monitor WHS procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
• Check stock levels, order supplies, and implement stocktakes.
• Liaise with the kitchen regarding menus, events, daily run sheets, and service.
• Maintain excellent verbal communication and time management skills, staying calm in a fast-paced environment.
