Application Production Support Analyst. The team is responsible for supporting globally the ION and other platforms. The key focus is to provide BAU production support issues/user inquiries and align processes and procedures with the global support teams: to ensure current service agreements are met and requirements are successfully implemented, also to establish a high level of quality for the production systems supporting the FI businesses. The ideal candidate will have a relevant experience in a similar role, the majority of which should have been gained within Front Office Trading.
Role and responsibilities - Deliver day-to-day support for ION trading systems, ensuring platform stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting trading operations.
- Work closely with various teams to support seamless integration across systems.
- Monitor application state and input/output data correctness throughout the day, hand-over with follow-the-sun support teams
- Ensure that all application support logs are fit for purpose
#LI-ASD Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer science, Engineering, Finance or Quantitative finance
- 3+ years haveof relevant experience in a similar role: providing support as part of a team, and have practical understanding of the criticality of trading applications.
- Good Knowledge of fixed income products, Python (scripting), SQL
- ION Trading system knowledge is a plus
- High motivation to learn a huge and complex environment
