Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 12+ years of overall IT experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, deploying, and scaling AI/ML models in enterprise environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business problems into advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and data-driven solutions.Lead end-to-end machine learning lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.Build and optimize deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics models.Architect ML pipelines and MLOps frameworks for production environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders.Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers.Ensure model performance, scalability, reliability, and security.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and implement best practices.Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.Provide technical leadership in AI strategy and roadmap planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in AI/ML development.Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala.Expertise in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.Experience working with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of model deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.Experience in building REST APIs for ML services.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
