This transition has created an exciting opportunity for a talented Practice Manager to step in and take the lead in managing our operations, driving client success, and scaling the business to new heights.

practice management, business development, advisory services, and
people development. You are tech-savvy, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Practice Management - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practice, ensuring all work is reviewed and delivered in accordance with internal deadlines.
- Implement tools, technology, and AI solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity by 10x.
- Regularly review and refine practice workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.
Business Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business goals and needs.
- Drive client acquisition by dealing with new prospects, qualifying leads, and pitching tailored services to win business.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and present solutions to expand client engagement.
- Coordinate internally to deliver new services and solutions for clients effectively.
Client Success Management - Provide proactive business advisory services, including tax planning, financial coaching, and management account presentations.
- Lead meetings with clients to offer insights and recommendations to help them succeed.
- Deliver profitable advisory projects that add value to clients while boosting firm revenue.
People Development - Mentor and coach staff, helping them develop their careers within the firm.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing technical support to ensure staff perform at their best.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative work culture aligned with our core values.
Qualifications and Experience - Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing an accountancy practice.
- Qualified or QBE accountant with expertise in accounting, tax, IT, and business advisory (ACCA, AAT, CPA, ICAEW, ATT, CTA, or equivalent).
- Strong business development skills, with experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Familiarity with modern accounting tools, technology, and AI solutions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
