Your Profile & DNA: We are seeking a highly skilled Infradesk Coordinator with expertise in conducting infra intake connects for demands received via REQs to join our dynamic team.
Role & Responsibilities - Infra Coordinator is responsible to drive the intakes with various infra stakeholders (including ESPs) for the nonstandard demands raised, raise non-standard requests for the demands received and work with Infra teams to drive them towards closures.
- Conduct infra intake connects for demands received via REQs
- Understand demand requirements received as part of requests from various departments
- Collaborate with Infra Stakeholders (Infra Connectivity DC etc) to review the demand received
- Align on the requirements with all Infra stakeholders to ensure demand received can be executed and delivered
- Translate the demand into subsequent nonstandard requests with all the required documentations
- Raise PRs POs wherever required applicable and follow up with concerned team for approvals
- Ensure the BOMs for hardware are received from stakeholders prior to raising PR with vendor
- Align with Solution Consultants for the demands that require new solution
- Ensure the nonstandard requests are being actioned, have no blockers to continue towards closure by respective owners
- Document feedback received ensure the stakeholders are informed for future improvements
- Work with respective teams including Operations to standardize requests and automate existing building blocks
