Tandoori Chef Job Responsibility
- Managing and supervising all parts of the kitchen and the production of food.
- Work with head chef to generate new tandoori menu items and offers.
- Develop and create high-quality foods in accordance with menu guidelines.
- Make sure that food is produced on time and fulfils the standards of quality.
- Maintain food costs to maximize profits.
- Make sure food safety and sanitation laws are followed.
- Oversee and train kitchen employees, including cooks and other staff in the kitchen.
- Keep track of your food supply and equipment inventories and order as necessary.
