Renewables Training Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Renewables Training Instructor to deliver specialised training programmes in renewable energy technologies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the renewable energy sector. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on renewable energy systems, including solar Pv, Batery Storage, Air Source Heat Pump, Water Regulations, Hot Water Storage System, Electrical 18th Edition, Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Coordinator and other sustainable technologies.
• Design training materials, manuals, and assessments tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Stay current with industry advancements and incorporate latest practices into training programmes.
• Collaborate with industry experts and stakeholders to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Organise practical demonstrations, workshops, and field visits to enhance experiential learning.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously seek improvements to optimise learning outcomes.

Experience

• Proven experience in delivering technical training within the renewable energy sector or related fields.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies such as Air Source Heat Pumps, photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions, Retrofit Industry, Water and Electrical Courses .
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Prior experience in curriculum development or instructional design is desirable.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations pertinent to renewable energy installations is advantageous.
