industrial bakery sector, is looking for a qualified
Millwright to join their maintenance team in a modern, fast-paced
production environment. You’ll be part of a growing community of

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Conduct routine mechanical and electrical inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair faults across automated bakery machinery
- Test and commission machinery and installations
- Identify root causes of breakdowns and propose long-term solutions
- Provide input on equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Educate machine operators on proper equipment use to reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintenance standards
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Completed Red Seal Millwright trade certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical maintenance within FMCG or high-volume manufacturing
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Experience with automated production lines, PLC fault-finding, and electromechanical systems beneficial
Job Requirements
- Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands (relocation support provided)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional maintenance team
- Committed to learning Dutch (language course provided)
