The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Accountant to join our finance team. Reporting directly to a General Manager and CFO, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide financial advice and insights to support decision-making.

About YouWe’re seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it).
• Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

• Experience in import/export trade, construction and/or logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
