Cafe Manager

Are you a passionate and experienced Café Manager with a love for coffee and a strong leadership drive? thecoffeeclub looking for a Café Manager to replace the owner for daily operations, and to keep our café running smoothly while growing with our dynamic team. What we need from you:

• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while leading by example
• Willingness to get your hands dirty and work side-by-side with the team—no task is too small
• Staff management experience, including managing kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Great customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Social Media Savvy—experience with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to boost engagement
• Must be adaptable and open to tweaking the current setup for improvement, though the basic operation is well-established
