We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience within ground engineering and specialist civil works, specifically involving:
Successful candidates will have previous experience supervising and coordinating complex construction activities, managing specialist plant and subcontractors, overseeing daily site operations, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality requirements. We are looking for individuals with proven experience working within major infrastructure, heavy civil engineering, tunnelling, marine, highways, rail, or specialist foundation environments, where safety, operational excellence, and strong site leadership are critical to successful project delivery. We are open to professionals with different levels of seniority, whether you are currently leading crews on site, managing specialist subcontractors, or overseeing the delivery of large-scale geotechnical construction packages. International applications are welcome, and we are able to provide visa sponsorship support for candidates with relevant specialist experience looking to relocate to the UK.
