The Role:As
Sous Chef, you will:
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Help develop and deliver creative, high-quality dishes.
- Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Work collaboratively to uphold the hotel’s excellent reputation for food.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up.
- A passion for using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
