About the Role As an AV Technician, you'll install, operate, and maintain professional audio, video, lighting, and LED display systems for live productions. You'll work with project managers, event producers, and technical teams to ensure seamless event delivery and outstanding client experiences. What You'll Do

• AV Setup & Operation
• Install and configure audio, video, lighting, and LED systems
• Operate AV equipment during live events
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment
• Event Support
• Assist with equipment transport, setup, and dismantling
• Provide on-site technical support
• Coordinate with production teams for successful event delivery
• Safety & Maintenance
• Maintain equipment and inventory records
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies

Skills & Qualifications Education Certificate III/IV in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, IT, or a related field (preferred) Experience & Skills

• Experience in live events, broadcasting, or AV installations
• Knowledge of audio mixers, LED walls, projectors, lighting, and presentation systems
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills
• Valid Australian driver's licence (preferred)
