Fashion Customer Advisor for a Clothing Company – German Speaker in Lisbon or Porto

• Guide customers as a fashion mentor during their shopping experience
• Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer questions via phone, email or social media
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, payment methods and shipping with professionalism and empathy
• Transform online credit simulations into completed files
• Support both prospects and clients through effective communication
• Liaise with other departments and redirect cases to the appropriate teams when necessary

Your profile

• Native level of German and good level of English
• Enthusiasm for fashion and current trends
• Strong understanding of customer experience value
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Proactive, energetic and innovative approach to work
• Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal for an international career
• Valid Portuguese work permit required

Working conditions

• Renewable contracts of six months or one year
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 7 am and 9 pm

Compensation and benefits

• With accommodation: 950 to 1000 € gross per month in shared flat with bills included
• Without accommodation: 1300 to 1400 € gross per month
• Private health insurance from the first day of contract, in addition to standard coverage
• Approximate tax rate between 20 and 25 percent
