About the role:We're hiring experienced Carpenters and Lead Carpenters for permanent full-time roles.This is stable, long-term work, the kind of career position where your skills are genuinely valued and the projects are worth being proud of.
What's on offer:

• $40–$50 per hour + super, based on experience
• Permanent full-time role - ongoing work
• Work based in the Eastern Suburbs and surrounding Sydney
• Real career progression into senior and lead positions

What you'll be working on:

• High-end residential new builds alongside renowned builders and architects
• Bespoke renovations and extensions
• Structural and framing Carpentry
• Detailed finishing and feature carpentry

What we're looking for:

• Trade qualification or equivalent proven experience
• White Card (WHS) — essential
• Driver's licence and own transport
• Well-equipped personal tool kit
• Meticulous eye for detail and finish quality
• Ability to take ownership and work independently on site
