Job Description:

We are a Danish European style bakery-patisserie who has been in business for 37 years AND we are on the hunt @ Copenhagen Bakery for a skilled and passionate artisan baker with "nouse" and expertise in bread baking and an all round skill knowledge of baking with confidence. We want to talk with YOU if you are ?..... * Experienced baker with at least 3 years experience in a commercial bakery? * Capable and confident in the science and manufacture and baking off, of sour dough breads * Willing to give feedback and input to achieve consistently awesome European styled sour dough breads * Motivated and productive, with focused time management skills * Passionate about what you bake, have an eye for detail, and always willing to learn more Key responsibilities on our team: * Sour dough bread baking, preparation and maintenance * Confident with ingredient weighing and dough mixing, aligning and calculation of daily production * skillful hand shaping of many various style European breads * Capable of working independently * Good knowledge of food & health safety maintenance and procedures * Ability and confidence with Oven bake offs. This full time position starts on any day from 3am to 11 am, or 6.30 am to 2.30 am days off every second weekend Saturday Sunday off, or Sunday, Monday. Closed all Public holidays, Easter and 2 weeks over Xmas and New Year. If you are a confident and proactive trade baker, with good sound scratch baking knowledge, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
