• Professional guest consultations and personalised hair solutions
• Hair colouring, advanced colouring and colour correction services
• Foils, balayage and creative colouring techniques
• Precision cutting and restyling
• Hair styling, blow-drying and finishing
• Hair treatments and scalp care
• Permanent waving (perm) services
• Hair straightening and smoothing services
• Recommending professional home hair care products to help guests maintain healthy, beautiful hair between salon visits
• Building long-term relationships with guests through outstanding service and expert advice
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism
• Contributing to a positive, respectful and supportive team culture

What We're Looking ForThe successful applicant will have:

• Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a qualified Senior Hairdresser in a salon environment
• Confidence across all aspects of hairdressing, including:
  • Guest consultations
  • Hair colouring
  • Advanced colouring
  • Colour correction
  • Foiling
  • Balayage
  • Precision cutting
  • Styling
  • Blow-drying and finishing
  • Permanent waving
  • Hair straightening and smoothing services
  • Product knowledge and home care recommendations
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• A professional, reliable and well-presented approach
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Passion for producing high-quality work and continually developing your skills
• Pride in delivering an exceptional salon experience for every guest
