We’re looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team across a range of roles. Whether you bring years of experience or a great attitude with the desire to learn, we want to hear from you. About the Role Our work is hands-on, rewarding, and diverse. Depending on your interests and skills, duties may include: Commercial Grounds Maintenance

• Lawn mowing, edging, whipper snipping, hedging, pruning, mulching, and general garden care
• Working on commercial, government, and high-end residential properties

Asset & Equipment Maintenance

• General property maintenance, minor repairs, fencing, and improvements
• In-house servicing and mechanical repairs of tools and machinery

Commercial Cleaning

• Providing reliable, high-standard cleaning services to commercial clients

Chemical Control & Weed Management

• Application of herbicides/pesticides with safety and compliance

Occasional Farm & Rural Work

• Slashing, fencing, and assisting with basic livestock care

What We’re Looking For We’re after team players who are: Experienced in one or more of the above areas or keen to learn Mechanically minded and good with tools Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and in a team Willing to take initiative and grow into leadership opportunities Requirements

• Full driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Check
• Willingness to obtain further qualifications (e.g. ChemCert, White Card) if needed
