  • Identify process improvements and assist in optimizing product formulations for scalability and efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, product engineering, and quality to support pilot testing and full-scale production.
  • Document research findings, experimental data, and formulations in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on product development experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong background in resin or polymer chemistry, with direct experience related to fertilizer product development.
  • Proven ability to take ideas from concept through synthesis and final formulation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing slow-release fertilizers or similar controlled-release systems.
  • Excellent technical problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Background in scale-up or pilot plant operations for fertilizer resin products.
  • Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and other R&D design tools.
  • Understanding of industrial resin manufacturing methods.
  • Must hold valid U.S. work authorization (Green Card, U.S. Citizen, or active H1B).
  • Candidates from any U.S. state are welcome; relocation assistance available.
  • PhD not required – strong industry experience is highly valued.
  • A plus for candidates with slow-release technology expertise, particularly those who have developed products from the ground up rather than additives or coatings.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110.00 - $140.00 per year Benefits:
