Job Summary

We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of scalable cloud-native systems using Java, AWS, Kafka, and microservices. The role also requires working knowledge of Python for automation and data workflows. Candidate will lead an engineering team and work closely with architecture and product teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience
• Strong Java backend development (microservices, REST APIs)
• Full-stack exposure (React / Angular / Vue or similar)
• AWS cloud (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, VPC)
• Kafka (event-driven architecture, streaming, consumer groups)
• Experience with data pipelines and distributed systems
• Python (automation, scripting, or data processing)
• CI/CD and cloud-native delivery practices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Java-based backend and full-stack systems
• Architect event-driven solutions using Kafka and AWS services
• Build and manage microservices and cloud infrastructure
• Oversee data pipelines and streaming workflows
• Guide CI/CD, testing, and DevOps best practices
• Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

• AWS Bedrock / GenAI experience
• Terraform or CloudFormation (IaC)
• Jenkins / GitHub Actions / CodePipeline
• Observability tools and cloud monitoring
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations
